The unit wasn’t the one in the VRBO add that I had booked. The refrigerator was not working and disassembled in the kitchen. The unit was dirty. The host misrepresented the rental. We could not stay at all and left without using anything

Please note that this was communicated to you prior to your arrival, and the repair was completed shortly afterward. We also want to acknowledge that the interaction with the host was inappropriate and disrespectful. We always aim to provide a positive experience and professional service, and it’s disappointing that a constructive conversation was not possible due to the manner in which you treated our team. Our goal is to address any concerns amicably and efficiently, and we hope future guests will approach situations with mutual respect.

we booked this for a month and had to leave after 6 nights. what you see is not what you get! no arrival instructions, arrive to the condo with AC shut off and no hot water as it was on a timer and we were not notified. TV didn't work, AC had issues, dirty throughout, pool was decommissioned and an eye sore with no completion any time soon. isolated area. one bedroom was unusable for safety reasons due to leaking roof and when damaged drywall was cut away they hung a sheet in its place and roof still leaked and it smelled moldy. poorly stocked. water pressure was weak in all showers. every single day we had to contact the property manager over some issue.
