My husband and I were ready for a getaway and decided that Iowa State fair was it. We looked for a VRBO. This place was extremely reasonable very easy to get to and the accommodations were exactly as it was listed. We had a great time. It was a very good experience. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall the Place was very Nice. I don’t really have any complaints. The only issue was the Towel situation. But I enjoy my Stay and just like the Pictures. I would recommend this Place.

Iowa was awesome. We visited the state fair and went to Knoxville raceway and both were great fun! The people were super friendly everywhere. The room price was very reasonable. The parking situation was difficult because we were always coming in late so hard to find a spot. The room size and amenities were perfect for a short trip.

Clean studio in a convenient location. But don’t park in the apartment lot. I got towed within one hour! Had to wait until the next morning to get my car out of the tow lot and pay 200.

Very comfortable place to stay. Easy to get around to all events. The only thing i would change is the thickness of mattress was a bit hard on my old back. Would definitely book again

The location was absolutely perfect for all of our needs. We were able to walk to everything we needed. Didn’t have any issues getting in or out of the building. Communication about check-in and checkout was very easy and simple. Room itself is super basic but cute. Parking was a little difficult at busy times but we found spots.

We weren’t given a way to get into the building and had to have someone that lives there let us in. They told us it’s a common problem.

Simple room accommodations

This was a simple stay, as we were in town for state wrestling. It’s a small room with many accommodations. It says it sleeps 3 but I disagree and say it sleeps 2. Check in was easy. Communication with host was great. The only things I would negatively comment about are: bathroom had some hairs in the shower and no shampoo (not an issue for me because I brought my own). The dryer was confusing, as to how to dry the clothes I washed. There was no dishwashing soap. There was tablets for the dishwasher but I wanted to clean the bowls after eating. Again…not huge things just things. I’d stay here again.

Short story, what was supposed to be a cheaper one night stay, ended up with a towed car and a towing bill. No mention of parking not being available in the complex in the listing. No mention of parking rules in the check in email. By the time I got clarification, I was already at a concert with my car left behind so I wouldn’t have to worry about looking for parking near the event. The irony doesn’t escape me.
