**Minimum Age = 21**
Cottage 1 (downstairs) is the closest room to the beach! A Nautical Theme with just over 400sq ft and including a bedroom with 2 queen beds, a large living room area with a futon/sofa bed and sweet kitchenette, it has all you need for your stay at the beach! This motel has a huge pool, free WIFI, with direct access to the beach at the end of our driveway. You can sip a cold beverage from the sundeck overlooking the pool.
