**Minimum Age = 21**
Guest Room 3 (downstairs) is the third room in from the Beach! A beautiful beach cottage with blue and natural hues with approximately 350sq ft, one bedroom with a Queen Size bed and dresser. Also a nice size living room with a futon/sofa bed and sweet kitchenette...it has all you need for your stay at the beach! This motel has a huge pool, free WIFI, with direct access to the beach at the end of our driveway. You can sip a cold beverage from the sundeck overlooking the pool.

I bought this sweet little property with my business partner 6 months after Hurricane Michael hit. The previous owners had significant damage and were overwhelmed with the work needed to keep it going. We took over and got things repaired, replaced and renovated. We've been chugging along with little to no advertising, booking platforms etc. Kids have gone to college and renewed energy has been put into this little gem and we're so excited to share it with you!
Why they chose this property
Location, location, location...directly across from Beach Access 8!! We accept (and LOVE) little dogs! Full size swimming pool with sunning deck with sunset gulf views.

Monterey Beach Cottages consists of 11 guest cottages, a full-size swimming pool, . All cottages have full kitchenettes consisting of a mini 4-burner stove/oven, 7-10 cubic ft fridge, microwave, coffee maker.
