The Grace at the Highlands - Charming 2-bedroom townhome close to MSU campus

Newly renovated townhouse in the Highlands Community right off Hwy 82. You'll have the best time staying a five minute drive from the MSU campus in Starkville, MS ! Perfect for gamedays, a work trip, having fun in the Cotton District, or downtown Starkville. You, family, and friends can make yourselves right at home. You will have access to the entire townhome with keypad access.

The Space
2 Bedroom 2 bath that will easily sleep 6 in the Highlands community conveniently located in Starkville.

Roku TVs in every room with WiFi so that you can login to your personal streaming apps. Fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances and a Keurig coffee maker with pods, sugar, and creamer provided. There is a washer and dryer with laundry detergent in a closet on the first floor for your convenience.

BD #1 Queen bed with brand new mattress. Roku TV, charging ports for electronics, a ceiling fan, and a spacious closet. Extra linens and pillows in the closet for a queen air mattress that is provided.

BD #2 Twin bed with brand new mattress. Roku TV, ceiling fan, and charging port for electronics. Twin trundle bed located in the closet also with pillows and extra linens.

We provide toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap. There is some shampoo and conditioner in the upstairs bath. Other Personal tolietries are not provided so make sure to pack some. There are extra light bulbs and batteries in the closet upstairs.

Parking accommodates two vehicles in the drive. We are attached to another townhouse so please be respectful of the neighbors.

On gameday we are located on the east side of the campus a short 5 minute drive to Davis Wade, the Hump, and the Dude. Easy drive to and from Lee Blvd. without getting into all the game day traffic on the highways.

There are several ponds/lakes around the Highlands community. Fishing is allowed. There are also ducks and geese on the lakes that are fun to watch.
