Located near Beavers Bend State Park, you will be able to enjoy everything the area has to offer within a short drive.

In the southeast corner Oklahoma, north of Broken Bow, you’ll find a little slice of heaven in McCurtain County among the majestic pine trees of the Ouachita Forest.

The rental cabin is located in the Beaver’s Bend and Hochatown area just off of 259A and the entrance to Beavers Bend State Park. Short driving distance to the best hiking trails and fishing spots the area has to offer. You are only a few minutes away from the new Choctaw Landing Casino.

Get ready to disconnect with the world and spend time together at Golden Trout. Perched on the side of a hill, Golden Trout offers parking with easy access to the front entry. Once inside you will find an open family room with a wood burning, stone fireplace and plenty of seating to enjoy a movie night with family. Golden Trout also has a kitchen full stocked with all of the cookware, dinnerware and appliances you need. Golden Trout has plenty of room for the whole family with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and a day bed w/trundle located in the loft area. Relax and grab a cup of coffee or a book and head out to the porch with a large covered deck with plenty of seating that looks over the beautiful hillside. Golden Trout also has a hot tub with its own gazebo where you can relax and unwind in comfort. The fire pit area is great for cool nights filled with stories and s'mores where you can enjoy being under the stars.

Great stay

Cute and super clean cabin! We had everything we needed at the Golden Trout. Location was great for easy access to the park and Hochatown. Would definitely stay again!

Cabin was cozy. Had a little trouble figuring out light switches but eventually found the correct ones. The fan/light remote had a bad battery in it in the King bedroom off the kitchen (we took one from the other room). The light that shines downward at the hot tub and leads to the firepit could be somewhat brighter; OR perhaps a little stronger lights around the hot tub itself. The christmas lights that were hung over the firepit were not working either...but not too bothersome. We didn't find the Keurig until the morning we left. It was under the counter. Would've been nice to have that since we brought our own Keurig cups. Overall it was a nice stay. We wished the weather were cooler but that's about all. It was a nice cabin. Not too "over the top" but for price and location it was very nice.
