The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash any dishes or pans that were used and place back in the cabinets. Please also make sure the coffee pot is cleaned out and grounds are thrown out if it was used.
Turn off all lights.
Please turn mini splits off when checking out.
Please collect all trash and put it in the garbage can in front of the house. Please put any used towels in the bathtub. All sheets can be put on the floor of the bedrooms that are used. Thank you!

My husband and I love quick getaways as well as traveling with friends and family. We enjoy visiting the many wineries in Ohio! We also love staying at our Geneva On the Lake Cottage when it is available :)
Why they chose this property
We chose this home because of how close it is to the GOTL strip. It is a 2 minute walk to all the fun and entertainment.
What makes this property unique
Most places close to the strip are small cottages, ours is a duplex in which both sides can be rented out separately or it can be rented as an entire home!
