Downtown Yellow House

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. We are close to all downtown attractions and restaurants. Walking distance to all bronzes and local murals. Fully stocked kitchen, with full size range, oven and microwave. Fully outfitted with full size laundry essentials. One bedroom features queen bed, full dresser, tv, long mirror and closet. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds. All bedroom linens as well as extras are available. There is also a blow up twin mattress that can be set up in the living room. We hope you find this to be a great place to call home away from home!

This little house was very clean when we arrived. Check in and out was seamless. The location is perfect for walking downtown a block away, and the snack basket/bottled waters were greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend and stay here again if ever back in Artesia. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at this home in Artesia. The home has been updated beautifully and was stocked with everything we could need and more! The location was perfect for visiting nearby sights like Roswell, Carlsbad, and White Sands N.P. There were quaint shops and dining options within walking distance. Jarrod and Tabatha made sure we were taken care of during our stay. 10/10 highly recommend!

Believe me when I say they thought about everything in this house ! They even have a Nintendo system my husband enjoyed very much.House was clean and all the amenities were great ! Don’t think twice and book !!!

I go to Artesia often and the yellow house is my favorite place to stay. Walking distance to the pretty bronze sculptures and The Wellhead Restaurant, which has good food but not the nicest staff. At the Yellow House the beds are super comfortable and very clean. The only negative I can think of the the fridge is full of stuff and the counters have a lot of decor items so not a lot of room if you plan to use the very well equipped kitchen. That being said I love this little house and will be back in the summer if I can get a reservation. They fill up fast!

This VRBO was one of the best we ever stayed at. It felt just like we arrived at home. The place is immaculate inside and all of the extras provided helped so much! It was very easy to find and easy to get into! it is in a very convenient location to town as well as to FLETC where we were headed for our sons graduation. I would HIGHLY recommend this VRBO to anyone!
