You can rent our beautiful Timeshare Studio in the Marriott Grand Residence in South Lake Tahoe at a fraction of the regular cost.

You can't get any closer to the Gondola than this, and have a beautiful studio with all the amenities you could ask for. And everything is within walking distance! There are many shops, restaurants, a theater, casinos, live shows, visitor center, gondola, hiking trails, etc. You can be on the slopes, hiking on a trail, or at the beach without ever getting in your car.

Our condo has a full kitchen, full bath, Queen bed, dining table, security safe, fast wireless internet, widescreen TV and DVD.

There is free Washer & Dryer use down the hallway. There is also a large Fitness room, Sauna, Steam room, and Spa. Please note, there is no cleaning or linen service provided during your stay.

You can't beat the accommodations, location, and amenities of this beautiful resort!

The unit is strictly limited to 2 adults maximum.

This will surely be one of your most enjoyable vacations!

Please Note: If your dates overlap from a Thursday night to Friday night, you can see if one of our other studio units are available.

** PARKING: Valet parking is available for $45 / day (payable to the Front Desk). Enter the circular driveway (off of Heavenly Village Way). There is also other nearby parking available if you prefer. The "Heavenly Village Garage" (behind Marriott) has parking for $25/day and $5/nt (depending on time of year). Payments can be made on your phone. You can check this and other parking options on the internet.

** CANCELLATION POLICY: Please see the cancel policy shown when booking. Note: We do NOT provide exceptions due to: road closures, flight cancellations, illness, hurricanes, weather conditions, or air quality due to forest fires. We encourage purchasing travel insurance from a third party (for example: InsureMyTrip). Changing or shortening dates requires a cancellation unless agreed to by the owner.

** AMENITIES: Due to changing weather conditions, or repairs and upgrades that may be in progress, certain amenities may be closed at the time of your stay. What a wonderful and convenient place to stay, extremely easy access to the Gondola to get to top of Heavenly Mountain. Hot tubs, heated pool, and plenty of restaurants just below. Such a great experience

Fine stay

The room was in a great location. However there are upgrades needed in the room and the check in was horrible. The room was not ready and she would not give us the key until it was. When we finally got in the room was not clean. It was also never able to be cleaned the four days we stayed.

Great Weekend Get Away

We came up to Tahoe for the weekend. The property is in an awesome location in Heavenly Village with great access to lots of food, shopping and seasonal activities. The unit would be great for a longer stay, but was great for the weekend too. Would recommend.

We liked the room and location the best! The room was in much better shape than the one we stayed in last year. I love the convenience of the valet, location to gondola and ski valet. It was a great stay!

Best Winter Location!

You can't find a better location than here! You're right by the gondola making it easy to carry around your ski gear. The gondola is right outside your window so you're able to check the length of the lines. Open your window in the late afternoon-evenings to listen to wonderful live music. A grocery store is at most a 5 minute walk. There are plenty of tasty restaurants and stores right below to keep you occupied in the evenings. If you're into Casinos, they're maybe a 10 minute walk through the village. South Lake Tahoe is an incredible place to visit making you want to come back every chance you get. Everything you need is available in the condo. It's clean, relaxing, and comfortable. The staff were always warm and welcoming. The property has multiple little activities going on throughout the day, most of which were free. Without a doubt this condo deserves all 5 stars!

Heavenly!

My husband and I stayed in this studio for three days and it was wonderful. Mark was helpful, the room was as expected, and we were very near the Gondola, ski check, pool, and restaurants. Across the street was a grocery store and theater as well. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to be able to cook, sleep, and ski! It was better than expected. Thank you Mark for sharing your awesome place!

Great Place

I stayed here last weekend for Opening weekend of Heavenly and had an absolutely incredible experience. From check in to check out, everything was easy, and hassle free. The room was perfect! In fact, since there was a full kitchen, I was able to walk to the Raleys down the street, and cook up breakfast in the morning. The room overlooks the fountains right near the gondola and the view was incredible. The gondolas are walking distance from the room so we didnt have to worry about parking or lugging our gear. I could not have asked for a more perfect spot. Thank you Mark!
