The property needs to be upgraded. The place smelled old, the curtains need to washed, the bathroom needs to be cleaned and sanitized. The headboard and bed need to be sanitized also. Bathroom fixtures need to be refurbished. Possible dust mite. Two guests got itchy. Dusty. We were not informed of the guest fee for 2 people. We had coffee and had to pay an extra 30, it means the most expensive coffee we have ever had!

This reflects the guests being upset because they didn’t read the description re club entry fee, so make wild accusations. We have over 100 excellent reviews on Airbnb. Strange that these guests are the only ones to ever make these ludicrous claims.
