Great condo!

We stayed 3 nights for my sisters wedding over the July 4th weekend. The accommodations were awesome and it is right next to pool, golf course and restaurant. Comfy beds and great decor. Loved having a garage to park in. Will stay here again!

Awesome place for golfers.

Me and my friends really enjoyed this property. Had everything we needed and was very clean. Nice to have the two car garage for our gear. We were happy to have access to Bloomington CC with our stay and got to play the course on our last day. Would stay at this property again.

Beautiful condo next to pool and golf course

Brand new and beautifully decorated! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything needed, portacrib and highchair there for our grand babies, the pool is really nice and the snack bar was great for getting quick lunches, my husband enjoyed the golf as well! We really enjoyed our stay!

Loved the wide hallways, the bedroom that all had connected bathrooms, the cleanliness of the Villa and the close proximity to the beautiful pool! You won’t regret staying here! But, If you do, just keep it this perfect because we are FOR SURE coming back!

The unit was as advertised. Extremely nice. Extremely well finished property with high doors, high ceilings and just great overall finish . I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I don't like, which is commonly at least VRBO accommodations, I can't stand Roku. Lol. The host was exceptional and is very responsible

The residence was spacious and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was steps away. The only negative is the patio area was located next to a walk way and the highway noise could be heard. But sense we spent most of our outdoor time at the pool., which we found amazing it didn’t affect our stay.

Large, well-appointed golf course condo

Unit was clean, large and bright. Liked having access to the golf course, pool, tennis, etc. Bedrooms and baths were nice. We had almost everything we hoped for. (A couple baking dishes and large pot would have been great.). We had a pet with us, but saw no evidence of previous pet visits.

WONDERFUL experience with ease

We just completed a 5 night stay with our 11 year old, 7 year old, and dog. The unit was beautiful, clean, and much more spacious than the pictures indicate. Being November, I was pleased with how warm the pool was kept and was only a 2 min walk (if that!). This was a downstairs unit so we were able to pull in through the garage to access our unit which was convenient. We could occasionally hear the children upstairs running down the hall but it was never an issue to us. The property sits tucked in a cute neighborhood but it is super easy to access the freeway. The Thunder Junction Park is a must see children’s park and only a 5 min drive. We went twice! We didn’t cook while there but it appeared to have good cooking essentials and I loved having a Keurig since I’m the only person who drinks coffee. They even had children plates/cups which is always helpful in a rental. If you have a dog, you do have to walk a minute to access the grass which was easy but not an “open the door” and let them go type of situation. I only minded at night since the grass area isn’t well lit so I’d take my phone as a flash light to feel a little safer (not a bad area at all just the typical ‘female in the dark’ awareness). I’d highly recommend and this will be our go to for all future stays in St. George!

Tennis Tournament Weekend

What a great location!! We were looking for a place where we could get to the tennis tournament quickly, have amenities close by, and still feel like we were on “vacation”. This was the perfect spot. Seriously like 5 minutes from either tournament location. Lots of amenities 5-10 minutes away. The swimming pool was seriously right out our back door. The house was clean, and there was enough space for everyone who came to stay. The listing said that the bunk room had 5 bunk beds. There was only one bunk bed and a trundle mattress that pulled out under the bunk beds. But each room had their own bathroom, TV and storage space. Although the extra beds would have been nice, it all worked out because some family left as others arrived…so everyone still had their own beds to sleep in! I would definitely stay here again!

Bloomington Getaway

We were in town for a college graduation and our stay in Bloomington could not have been better. It was so nice to be right on the golf course and have use of the pool. The unit was clean and had a nice supply of blankets, pillows, towels and beach towels. Our stay was comfortable and we appreciated having a bbq and a washer and drier in the unit.
