Best place on the island

We always stay at residencias reef and will be back. Condo was clean and comfortable. Condo has Everything we need for our vacay. Highly recommend

Cozumel diving with Eldon

First time scuba diving with me and my son. Amazing experience. We are not all inclusive type tourists, so Residencias Reef was a good fit. Older residents, so very chill and relaxed.

March getaway

Excellent and very clean Condo, it was nice to walk out on to the grass over to the pool and beach area. Lots loungers everywhere. Good quality of cookware, since we like to cook ourselves half the time and the other half we take the rental car into town and around the island, plenty parking. We didn’t use the hot tube. Good communication with the staff. Would definitely book again.

Nice, safe place

Loved being able to walk out right to the pool to the beach, beautiful view comfortable bed had everything in to make our stay comfortable! Nice, hot shower, hot tub on the patio(chairs could’ve been a little bit more comfortable on the patio) it was a hassle trying to figure out how to resupply the water 5 L jug. I would suggest to buy on your way there, especially if you don’t have a car or you have to get a taxi to and from just to go pick up water.. Dona Chela is the best place to eat a block walk. They’re open from 630 to 2:30 Monday through Saturday.

Very peaceful!

The place was exactly as described. We came for a relaxing getaway, and that’s exactly what we got! There was a lot of seaweed, so we didn’t get in the ocean, but the pool was wonderful! We also took advantage of the jetted tub on the patio! This is a great place for a relaxing getaway for couples!

Great stay. Property was clean & well-appointed. When a minor issue arose regarding the room safe, the property manager resolved it instantly. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend El Chipo just down the road for oversized tacos.

Awesome Place

The pictures do not do this place justice. This was the perfect place to stay. The sunset on the beach is only steps away from the patio. The community is gated so very safe. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to visit Cozumel.

Wonderful place in Cozumel

Amazing experience! Excellent vacation spot in Cozumel. Place with ocean view is super clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Owner and manager are responsive, informative, detailed and welcoming. Highly recommended. Stay there and you don’t want to leave.

New favorite!

Such a wonderful stay! The property was all that we’d hoped for and more. Absolutely perfect location with a beautiful view out into the courtyard and easy access to the pool and ocean. The unit was spotless and comfortable, it honestly felt like a little slice of home. We’ve stayed at Residencias Reef before, but this unit in particular might just be our new favorite. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfectly peaceful getaway

No, we didn't go snorkeling or swim with the Dolphins, but for us this condo was just what we wanted. Such a perfect setting to just rest and be away from everything. The condo itself is so very attractive and kept perfectly. We love the setting on that amazing stretch of gorgeous beach and the beautiful ocean. We went up on the condo roof to watch the sunset. Two nights we took our flashlight out to the beach to enjoy the stars. Being on the ground floor made it so easy to go out to the beach or swim in one of the heated pools. We just loved it all!

Fabulous condo

Outstanding property. Quiet, clean and well maintained. Lovely beach and pool. Condo has everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked. Owners and property manager are prompt in responding to emails and are flexible with requests. The condo is close to the uncrowned beautiful beach and a pier where dive boats pick up divers. We were glad we had a rent car as the property is about 8 miles from town. Well worth it though to be on a such a nice beach and a short boat ride to the reef. Condo is beautifully decorated and well maintained. We plan to return.

Awesome place!

Very comfortable condo that feels like home. Everything was in great shape and the furniture was very comfortable. The owner and the local manager were both very easy to work with and responded quickly to all communications. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. There aren't many restaurant options within walking distance, just 2 that we found, and they are really overpriced and expensive, so if you don't have a rental car you're kind of stuck getting a taxi to take you places, which is not cheap either. But, the condo kitchen is really well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, silverware, drinkware, blender, coffee pot, etc., so it is easy to prepare your own meals after a quick stop at a local grocery store. All-in-all, this was a really comfortable place to stay.

Loved this place!!

We stayed at this slice of heaven from March 12 to 19, 2016 and just loved every minute. Cozumel is such a laid back island and Reef Residencias in particular is wonderful! Our family (myself, husband, and two young boys) settled in to the well equipped and comfortable condo after having received excellent information and prompt responses from both the owner (Raeone) and property manager (Fulvio). We were impressed by the polite and professional responses from Raeone to all of our pre-departure questions and especially appreciated the quick response for the couple of times we needed info while on-site from Fulvio. The resort is well kept and the beach is heavenly. The condo had plush towels and everything we needed in the kitchen, plus the oversized washer and dryer came in handy. The king sized bed was a little harder than we're used to but still comfortable, and the kids were fine on the pull out couch in the living room. Snorkelling in front of the resort is okay, and even better over to the right but the highlight was that Raeone recommended a car so that we could easily travel to some other locations - our favourites were Playa Corona and Bucanno's. The maps and brochures were especially appreciated and the kids loved the cards and boardgames in the condo. Sunsets at this location are particularly spectacular!

Beautiful Condo in Paradise with Incredible Service

My husband and I stayed in the condo for a week during the Ironman Cozumel. It is perfectly located on the bike course just south of Chankanaab Park on a beautiful private beach close to the dock and within easy walking distance of local restaurants. The pictures don't do it justice, and the first floor location puts the pool and beach at your feet. There was enough space for everything-including bike boxes-without feeling crowded. The condo is immaculate, bright and perfectly located in a quiet area yet close enough to town to offer the best of both worlds. There is ample parking next to the building. We woke up every morning to beautiful views and breakfast on the porch, and appreciated that the kitchen was more than adequate for anything we wanted to prepare. The condo is stocked so that you don't have to run out to find things like coffee filters, laundry soap or condiments. The furniture, linens, towels etc. are more what you would expect in a private home than in a rented condo. The grounds are absolutely lovely and very well maintained, as inviting to people as they are to shorebirds and iguanas. We made the acquaintance of several year round residents and other athletes. We had an opportunity to tour the island by car including the quaint town of El Cedral, the ruins at San Gervaso, and the beaches and lighthouse of Parque Punta Sur. We also spent time downtown and on the breathtaking east coast. We found the many maps and tour literature provided in the condo very helpful for planning adventures on land and water. If you want to "stay home" you can snorkel off the beach and near the dock, swim, enjoy the rooftop view, or nap in the hammock. I can't say enough about the manager and owner- Fulvio and Raeone. They were "over the top" helpful in responding to every question or concern that I had as a first time visitor. I think I asked about everything! My only remaining question is - how soon can we make a reservation to return next year?

This is a great condo, well stocked in the kitchen and steps away from the beach. It is a nice quiet spot away from town. I rented a car so it was not a problem going to town when I wanted to. I would definitely stay here again on another trip.

Great getaway

This our second stay at this property and first in this unit. The unit was clean and well kept. The access to the beach and pool unbeatable. Having the unit cleaned while we were there was a bonus. Can’t recommend this place enough! Until next time.

Beautiful condo!

This place is gorgeous! (The pictures do not do it justice.) Clean, well equipped, comfortable bed, easy access to the beach & pool, nice patio with hammock & hot tub. It is away from the crowds of the city and quiet (with the exception of music in the afternoons & evenings from the resort next door.)We did not have a car, but took a 20 min taxi ride to & from town for 300 pesos each way for groceries & riding the ferry. We rented bikes & had them delivered to the condo to ride the bike path north to beautiful Sky Reef for snorkling, & south toward restaurants. Snorkling was also fun at the condo's beach (LOTS of fish under the pier & scattered around the marked off swimming area.)We also took a snorkling tour with Cozumel Snorkling Center that was amazing & reasonably priced. They picked us up at the pier & took us to Columbia Reef, Palancar, & El Cielo. (Know that you need a 10/person pass from the condo gatekeeper to use the pier.)The owner & manager were both helpful and quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend staying here.

Peaceful stay in Cozumel

This place was just what we were looking for. Peaceful and away from the crowds. We enjoyed the nice beach steps away from the condo and the two pools on property. The unit itself was nice enough and had everything that we wanted. Great AC as well. We booked this trip for scuba diving and our dive operator picked us up next door at the Secrets dock. Owner was very kind and extremely responsive. We will stay here again.
