About this space
I am renting a newly remodeled studio apartment, in South Coast Metro Area of Costa Mesa CA. It is 5 miles from the beach and 1/2 mile from South Coast Plaza, and about 6 miles from Daisy Land. There is a abundance of restaurants and shopping near by.
The space
This is a unique guest unit on the second floor with a separate entrance, through electric garage and up the custom stair case over the coy pound and fountain. It is approximately 550 square feet.

Guest are welcome to park on the street in front of the home for easy access. It is on a cul-de-sac and parking is readily available.

Great Homebase

We stayed 1 month for a surf vacation with our kids. Perfect homebase for daily surfing with Mom while Dad worked from "home". Grocery store was close and kitchen is stocked for cooking that allowed less eating out. Owner is onsite and will accommodate reasonable requests.

Very nice stay and host

Our son stayed for 10 days while waiting for his new apartment. Everything necessary was in the apartment with a lovely feeling of welcoming and comfort.Would adjust the location of the smoke alarm - any cooking triggers alarm. Wish there was a way in and out without using a clicker through the garage, but the location more than made up for the inconvenience.Will gladly stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.
