Very clean hotel in a super convenient location, with excellent security staff who made the property feel safe and well-managed. The morning/day staff were friendly and helpful, but the overnight front desk experience felt significantly different in tone and service. While staff were generally courteous, there were some interesting patterns in the clientele being welcomed during late hours that made the atmosphere feel inconsistent with the otherwise polished impression of the hotel.
