Welcome to Heavenly Farm, a peaceful luxury retreat nestled among the rolling hill of Petaluma. As you drive through the Pearly Gates and up the eucalyptus-lined driveway, you arrive at a private countryside escape overlooking the East Petaluma hills. The main house features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, spacious living areas, full laundry room, WiFI, and stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the surrounding landscape indoors.
Relax on the wrap around porch, enjoy outdoor dining and BBQs, and experience the tranquility of life on a working horse farm.

While the property feels wonderfully secluded, it is ideally located just 10 miles from downtown Petaluma, 12 miles from Dillon Beach, and minutes from hiking trails, wineries, and the scenic beauty of Tomales Bay and the Sonoma Coast. Guest may occasionally see horses being cared for or trained in the arena, adding to the unique charm and authenticity of the farm experience. Our farm is also home to a small flock of charming hens, and guests are often welcomed with fresh farm eggs when available. They add to the warm, authentic atmosphere of Heavenly Farm and a touch of country living. We look forward to welcoming you to Heavenly Farm.

This property was amazing! The house was large and plenty of space for the 6 of us adults. Our son graduated from Coast Guard “A” school and this house was a quick drive to the base. We had other family members over for dinner after the ceremony and we had plenty of space at the table. We used the BBQ and loved the huge fridge. The host was fantastic and we absolutely loved staying here. THANK YOU!

We had an amazing time during our stay. The host Jasmine was wonderful and so kind to our kids letting them learn about her competition horse and even getting to feed him a few treats. The house is beautiful and the view is gorgeous. The location was also great to get to Bodega Bay and also back into Petaluma. We loved watching the fog roll out each morning. We can’t wait to stay at the “horse ranch” as my kids refer to it again.

Picturesque Rural Home

The house is lovely and has stunning views. The host was very thoughtful. While the property has an equestrian theme (and horses onsite), they’re off limits unless the host or other chaperone is available. Everything was very clean and a great base to explore Pt Reyes and Napa.

Best VRBO Ever

My adult children and their spouses joined me at this lovely house surrounded by a gorgeous horse ranch. Their attention to details such as cleanliness, comfort, easy to use kitchen and stereo equipment was truly exceptional. We had a few relatives over to see the place and enjoy a lovely meal (using their large propane BBQ) in the large and beautiful dining room. The "great room" was perfect for playing games, music, and enjoying the outstanding view. I could not recommend this place more highly!
