Spacious historic 4-bedroom pool house in Downtown Sebring

This historic 4-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Sebring for Race Week. Roughly 10 minutes to Sebring International Raceway and boasting 2,400 sq feet so you will have multiple areas for you and your team to spread out and relax after a day at the track. Shared spaces are the large 1/3 acre yard, herb garden out back, and beautiful pool and garden area. Inside shared spaces include a Florida room with record player, vinyl, and pool views, two sitting rooms, two living rooms, formal dining room, and 50's retro diner kitchen. You will be a few blocks from the downtown circle. Be close to the Fan Fest Parade, restaurants, and coffee shops. Your sleeping areas consist of a full sized bed in the bedroom on the 1st floor and upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with a full and 2 queen beds. The two full sized bathrooms each have original cast iron tubs and shower combo.
Enjoy amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, pool, garden, herb garden, and a washing machine /dryer during your stay. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our fabulous house. Perfect for race teams!
