The Space:
This house has been recently renovated to turn it into the perfect vacation rental. It is spacious, stylish, modern, quiet, and very reasonably priced. We've added all of the amenities that guests are looking for: From the hot tub to the two entertainment rooms, there will be plenty of things to help you feel right at home while you're here. This is a full-time vacation rental, so it isn't cluttered with anyone's personal belongings and it had everything you need.
The home has a very modern open floorplan, which means that you and your group can be in adjoining rooms, yet still feel that you're spending time together since the rooms flow together well. There are two large TV rooms with several streaming channels like HBO Max, Netflix, Prime Video, Paramount+, Disney+, etc. already installed and ready to be logged into. The dining area has a large table as well as plenty of bar seating, and opens up to the back patio where there are additional dining seats. The kitchen is brand new and has everything you'll need to cook large meals for your family. The bedrooms all have new beds with deluxe mattresses and bedding for a perfect night's sleep. The neighborhood is a very quiet residential area but it's close to several great restaurants and grocery stores.
The home has a double-wide driveway with a car port, so there is parking space for 4 cars. The private back yard has a large hot tub and a table. Dogs are welcome and require a $99 fee. No cats allowed.

IMPORTANT: In accordance with local vacation rental laws, this house cannot have more than 18 people in it at any given time. That includes children. The neighbor down the street is a county code compliance officer and he will definitely hear the noise and ruin your vacation if you're planning on having more than 18 people on the property. You will be leaving immediately and you will get no refunds. If he takes away our permit, you'll be responsible for the damages to our business.
Guest Access:
Guests will be provided with nearly everything they need: linens, towels, kitchen soap, detergent, laundry machine, hair dryer, iron, etc. Please note that you MUST coordinate with us if you want to arrive before 5 PM since other guests might be checking out on that same morning that you arrive. When this site says that your check-in time is "flexible", they mean that we can work with you if you request an early check-in; it doesn't mean that you can check in whenever you want and we don't guarantee early check-ins. So please plan on getting our approval for your check-in time. Please request high chairs, pack-n-play cribs, and blow-up beds prior to arrival.

There is an inexpensive bus system that will take you almost anywhere in the valley and this home is very close to several of the bus stops.
Other Things to Note:
Although recently fully-renovated, this is a very old house. It is updated and in excellent shape, but it is an old house none the less. Do not expect a condo built in 2022.
WE HAVE NO HIDDEN FEES. Our only fees are clearly listed in several places on this listing: There is a a one-time cleaning fee which is clearly listed by this site. Dogs are welcome, NO CATS ALLOWED, any other type of animal needs to be approved ahead of time. Conventions rates & holidays will override the standard rates shown, even if the convention dates change. Some convention dates are not input yet, and will apply regardless of reservations and inquiries made.
Rates fluctuate automatically according to a computer-driven algorithm based on supply & demand. But don't worry, your rates will be locked in at the time you pay for your reservation, so if they go up or down, we will not charge you the difference or give you a refund. So no worries - we'll honor your original rates :-)
We can provide one travel crib (pack n' play), one baby high-chair, and one self-inflating deluxe twin bed kit, free of charge on request. Additional cribs, high-chairs, or beds can be provided, but each additional item will cost $25 per stay. A baby stroller can be provided free of charge but we don't usually keep those at the house, so please request that ahead of time. Additional items that are requested ahead of time are almost always guaranteed, but any last-minute requests are not guaranteed.
