Excellent Property over seeing the canal. Fully equipped. Walkable distance to everything in town. Tastefully furnished. Bonus was a pass to the Beach, coffee available, and nice balcony overlooking the canal. We hope to come again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jimmy is a responsive, considerate host who provides all the necessary amenities – plus many special touches – for a comfortable, relaxing, easy vacation. Condo is spacious, quiet, well-appointed and updated, with ideal proximity to downtown St. Joe and beach. Appreciated the garage parking, full size washer/dryer, beach towels and parking pass for beach access. Thank you, Jimmy. We travel to St. Joe often and hope to book again.

Very clean, well stocked condo. The space was great and the linens were very nice. The owner was easy to communicte with and gave detailed instruction on how to enter the property. We would definately book again!

Beautiful Condo - Great Location

Property was as pictured. Location was great as it was a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go, balcony was perfect for morning coffee, host very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

The place it’s still was great. Great location, walking distance to middle of town. Everything was so clean and set up perfectly. One complaint was that we were under the impression that the couch pulled out into a bed to fit 6 comfortably. Thank goodness we brought an air mattress. Other than that, everything was great!

Location was everything! We were so close to Silver Beach. The condo was stocked with excellent shampoos etc, my granddaughters loved it. Within walking distance to so much and Clementines restaurant right next door. Beautiful harbor to view from your deck.
