The Space:

Located right on the serene shores of Table Rock Lake, all the water-themed adventures you can handle are right at your fingertips. Rent a boat or other watercraft to spend an exciting day on the water, exploring all its hidden nooks and crannies and stopping to relax on a beach to soak up the sun. You don’t have to go far to cool off, however, as you’ll have access to an array of amenities right onsite inclusive of the sparkling outdoor pool with lounge area.



On days away from the lake, make sure you plan out plenty of time for the exploration of broader Branson. Closest to you is thrilling Silver Dollar City, great for families and adrenaline seekers alike. As you make your way downtown, check out the Butterfly Palace & Rainforest Adventure, Titanic Museum, Aquarium at the Boardwalk, or Dolly Parton’s Stampede, just to name a few of many destinations. Between mini golf and the virtually unlimited options for dining and shopping, there’s no shortage of ways to fill up your days.



Take in the stunning surroundings at the start of your day, sipping fresh coffee in the lounge area of the home’s private deck or enjoy breakfast together al fresco at a dining table for 4. As you make your way indoors, you’ll discover bright, inviting spaces thoughtfully designed for relaxation and connection. Unwind on the plush sofa in the living room as you stream your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample space for preparing savory homecooked creations or simply unpacking takeout from a local restaurant. Pull up a stool at the breakfast bar for snacks or gather around the high-top dining table with seating for 4.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen-size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, smart TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a glass walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a first-floor, walk-down unit with 16 stairs required to reach the entrance..

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking is available in the parking lot for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.

• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.



Guests who enjoy the outdoors are encouraged to explore Table Rock Lake or nearby Table Rock State Park. Silver Dollar City, only 6 minutes away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme. And if you’re up for a round of golf, the gorgeous Point Royale Golf Course is less than 25 minutes away and the iconic Top of the Rock Golf Course is less than 40! The home is 25 minutes from historic downtown Branson, an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.
