Large open plan living room/dinning room opens onto central glazed patio and onto main terrace/pool/garden via large patio doors. These open completely to integrate the interior/exterior areas to form a fantastic entertaining area. Living area has 2 large leather sofas, TV with all UK channels, BBC, ITV, SKY, DVD, Playstation and WiFi. Dinning area has large glass table seating 8. All A/C. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher. (Washing Machine and Tumble dryer in Garage) Rear terrace leads onto a decked pool area and to a large raised patio with sun loungers tables and large sun shade. Terrace furniture includes 2 dinning tables, seats for 8, large wood sofa + chairs, sun loungers.
