Great location! Was really impressed with the Lookout Flight Park. Would not even have known about this place if we didn’t stay here.Overall a cool quiet place to relax and unwind
The property was as described, clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The location was peaceful and it was great to look out on to trees and farmland. We'd recommend staying at this property if you're in the area.
The location and size of this place is perfect for weekend getaways. Very clean and organized. Had a little trouble figuring out how to use the stove/air fryer, but that was the only negative thing i have to say about this place. I will be going back, semi-frequently!

There were no curtains throughout the cabin. There needs to be curtains in the bedroom for some type of privacy. Granted the pictures did not show curtians, but thought they had been drawn up to show the view. I would not stay there again it was rather creepy with not curtains. The baking soda in the refrigerator expired in 2020.
The property was not up to par. There were no window coverings so sleep past daybreak was impossible. There was a very small window sized airconditioner installed in the wall that struggled to cool the bedroom, much less the seating area. The TV had to be turned on by finding the on/off button underneath and the volume also was not on the remote. Kitchen appliances could not be used simultaneously or they would flip a breaker. We lost power during our stay during a storm, so exited early, and were charged for pre-existing damage after we left.Overall, would not choose this property again for MANY reasons.

Hey Teresa,
Your stay was very unfortunate for sure. When you left your dog at the house alone for an extended time, your dog became anxious and scratched up almost all of our cabinets and even nearly chewed a hole through our porch door. You then denied that and said those damages were pre existing, but they were not. Now we have to deal with the aftermath of a thousand dollar repair for your two night stay that didn’t even cost a fraction of the repair costs.
Before you booked the property you saw the photos and the lack of window coverings, as well as the window unit AC, which we do advertise in the listing. We do not in any way try to deceive any potential guests.
Because this property is an actual house and not a commercial property with backup generators, very much like many other houses, it is susceptible to losing power especially when a major storm comes through. Hundreds of other homes were affected by this outage as well. The outage lasted for about 5 hours. It’s odd to me that you told me you are also a host of a vacation rental but still felt the need to blame me for the power outage, as I have no control over the weather or utility companies.
Yes your stay was unfortunate, as was our experience hosting you.
