Enjoyed my stay! The building has a pool, kids area, and amazing panoramic views from the top of the building towards the volcanos, among other amenities. Location wise, it was central to different zones within the city. The parking was great as I used a van for 11 people and no issues with parking. The building staff were always pleasant and kind. During an earthquake during our stay, the building staff ensured that we were safe. Guatemala is known for seismic activity and the staff and host/cohost ensures to communicate with me as well. The building also has great security and felt safe. The host/cohost were quick to respond when I reached out throughout my month stay. In addition, they were accommodating, thoughtful, and communicative. During arrival, check-in was quick and easy, the apartment was clean, and had helpful day to day items for arrival. Overall enjoyed my stay and would do it again.
