Oversized central apartment with great open view. The apartment uses the open space concept so you can feel at home in the city. With our 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Make your own food in the spacious kitchen.



Originally a 3-bedroom apartment, we’ve opened up one of the rooms to create an extra-spacious living area. This layout offers a breezy, open feel and provides a perfect environment for remote work.



We are 10 mins from Seoul Station and GwangHwaMun.

5 minutes from City Hall and ChungJungno stations and 2 Minutes from SeoDaeMun Station.



The Space:

- Central location close to all places includes Gwanghwamun(7min), City Hall Station(5min) , Seodaemun Station(3min), Seoul STN(12min) , Myeongdong(12min)



- Stylish designed spacious house with clean maintenance

• Bakery shop is on the 1st floor of the same building

• 24hrs convenience store is on the 1st floor of the same building

• Starbucks and various cafes near the building

You are renting the full apartment. Some closets and storage area cannot be used.



Other Things to Note:

The house has two rooms with double beds so 2 people could sleep in each room. We also have one sofa bed in the living room so 2 people could sleep in the living room. So 6 people could stay in this house total.



◆ Bed set up

BED set up The standard setup is 2 guests per bed. If you require a different setup please contact us well in advance so we can make the required arrangements.



◆ BED sizes

Room1 : 160*200 cm

Room2 : 150*200 cm

Living room : 145*200 cm ( a sofa bed ) Please contact us if you want this setup as a sofa or a bed (sofa is standard).



◆ LINEN set up

The standard setup is 2 guests per bed with one big linen ( duvet for a double bed ). If you require a different setup please contact us well in advance so we can make the required arrangements.



◆ Parking

Paid parking off premises. / Public street parking.



◆ Closed Circuit Video Surveillance (CCTV)

In the hallways outside the apartment CCTV is in use. If there are more guests in the apartment then on the reservation then this will be reported. This is a big violation of trust and as a result the reservation will be cancelled for the remainder of the booking. In this case you will lose all fees and nightly charges in addition to your full deposit. To avoid this situation please get in touch timely so that the reservation can be amended.

Excellent location within a couple of minutes walk of the local metro on line 5 and the airport bus stops. Very clean, plenty of towels and toiletries. Very easy to find. Communication with host was ok: lots of detailed emails, although I didn't feel we got personal replies, just standard pre-written responses. Perhaps this is due to the language barrier? Lots of space, in hich is hard to find in central Seoul. Would recommend

Very nice location in safe and relatively quiet neighborhood. Two blocks from subway access, close to food markets and restaurants, and a 30 minute walk to Seoul Station and Lotte market. Fourth floor condo unit with large windows allowed a lot of light in and felt spacious. Would definitely stay there again.
