Daniel is the consummate host and we have now rented from him twice went in SLC. The place is well furnished, clean and well equipped for a stay in Salt Lake City including being an easy walk to downtown or, in the opposite direction, the Utah State Fair Park (the latter with one of the two Red Iguana Mexican restaurants en route). I highly recommend the place AND the host!

Great Place Close to Convention Center

We had an event at the convention center and this was the a great place within a few minutes for a family. Host was great and responsive

Overall the stay was good. However the homeless people are all around the property. When we went to the lockbox to get the check-in materials a couple of them made some comments to my daughter, other than that we weren't really bothered by them. But we had my two grandchildren with us so it was a bit uncomfortable. The ambulance and police were at the property twice during our stay to deal with situations with them. I realize homeless are all over these days, just think if someone is looking at staying at this property they should know what to expect.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm guessing you haven't spent much time in a city before, but seeing one or two homeless people is pretty typical for any urban environment these days. This one is actually in one of the better neighborhoods in Salt Lake. Next time, we have a house you can rent that's way outside of the city limits since anything downtown is obviously not for you đź‘Ť

Great stay. Very clean. Owner was very quick to respond and helpful. We had a great time. Good location. Within a mile of the conference center so reasonable/easy to walk if needed. There's a tiny little market in the apartment complex if you need snacks/drinks so that was nice!

We had a great stay in Salt Lake City dancing at an adult ballet intensive. The condo was a perfect place to come back and relax after a very hard day of dancing. The owner was very kind and easy to communicate with. We will definitely look into booking again next year.

There was earplugs in all the rooms, I believe because of the highway and train close by, but it never woke any of us up. If two people shower at the same time you definitely can’t take a nice hot shower.

I stayed at this condo for three nights while visiting Salt Lake City, and overall it was a good experience. The location is definitely a highlight—just minutes from downtown, which made it super convenient for exploring the city, grabbing food, and checking out local attractions.The condo itself was basically clean. Nothing fancy, but tidy enough to feel comfortable. The essentials were all there, and check-in was smooth. It was our first time doing VRBO. We decided to do a VRBO because of our family size. We wanted to be near things to do and be able to get on the interstate easily to get over to Lagoon, shops in Sandy. We were by Gateway area, tons to do, great food, walking distance. Our host was so responsive and checked in with us asked if we needed any suggestions of things to do or food. We had two 12 year old boys-loved the pool, my 17 year old girls loved to tan and drove all over the place. Our family will be returning for more adventures!!! Thanks Daniel!!!

We had an excellent stay. Communication with the host was great throughout, and the location was very convenient for what we needed. Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer made a big difference. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The bed was comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches around the place. Highly recommend!
