Why they chose this property
This location is very convenient to local shops, grocery stores, and even the beach without the need for public transportation. You simply walk to the front of the resort and everything is within a reasonable walking distance.
What makes this property unique
SAFETY, AMENITIES (such as Beach Club, Pacifico Shops, Pools, Kids Club, Trails, and Fishing), and BEAUTIFUL GROUNDS. When in Costa Rica as a tourist, my family worried about our safety with our children, however, on the property there is 24/7 security that ensures only those staying at this property have access to all the amenities and property areas.
