Our check in process was an absolute nightmare. We were provided the wrong information in the check in guide. The lockbox code was incorrectly given so.our entrance into the complex and building was completely by luck of other people leaving which took nearly 45 minutes. Once inside the code to open the door to the flat was also incorrectly stated and took trying all of the codes provided to finally gain access. The house itself was clean but had very limited supplies and the beds were of very low quality meaning very disturbed sleep. All in all it was not a memorable trip for the right reasons.
