About this property

Fully winterized, 3 bedroom home with an open concept 1st floor. The kitchen is fully outfitted and there is a gas fireplace in the living room and a 2 pc. powder room on the main floor. There are 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom and laundry room on the second floor. Both the master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms have a walkout to a small balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. There is a large wrap around deck and a gas BBQ in the backyard. It is 2 min. walk to the longest fresh water beach in the world, grocery shopping, LCBO and Shopper's drug Mart. Close to many golf courses, downhill and x-country skiing, hiking, kayaking and canoeing, and water sports.

Familie bezoek in Wasaga beach

Ruime woning, sfeervol, schoon en alles aanwezig. Mooie plekken om buiten te zitten. Rustige plek op loopafstand van het strand. Aardige en behulpzame eigenaren.

Belle maison et beau quartier

Nous sommes allés à Wasaga pour la plage mais heureusement que nous avons choisi la 47e rue. Le quartier est beaucoup plus beau que le centre-ville et la plage est encore belle et bien entretenue. La maison est très bien mais les arbres sont très grands. Lorsque le soleil se laisse désirer comme cela est arrivé pendant notre première semaine, cela fait beaucoup d’ombre. Heureusement la maison est très confortable et on s’y sent toujours bien. Merci spécial à notre hôte qui a été accommodante en ce qui concerne notre arrivée et notre départ, ce fut très apprécié. Best week ever

This home made and the owner made us feel right at home immediately. It is large and comfortable house, with everything a person could need. Lovely 2 minute walk to the beach, this was a wonderful vacation

Everything we could ask for!

Thank you to Sharon for a lovely property and excellent family experience. I stayed with my senior parents and two young adult kids. Great space. Really well appointed and in a location that offers a wonderful Wasaga experience. We are very very familiar with the beach and neighborhood and the challenge was to find a place that made us feel at home and not like tourists or 'others'. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. We are already planning to come back in the fall!
