About this space
Newly remodeled one bedroom, one bath, ground floor condo with full kitchen, WiFi and cable. It is in a desirable complex with a pool (seasonally heated), coin operated laundry facility and BBQ grills in the heart of New Smyrna Beach, beachside.
The space
Centrally located, walking distance to beach, river, shopping, restaurants and grocery store. The condo is directly behind Norwoods Treehouse Restaurant.
On site pool, laundry room and equipped with two beach cruiser bikes.
No smoking of anything in the condo.
Guest access
The guest has access to the entire condo.

3 night for holidays
Book for 28 nights or more and save 25%
When booking a month or more you are expected to replenish your essentials and do your laundry. The condo is supplied with two rolls of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.
