Mail Key & Garage Door Openers: Please return all keys and openers to counter prior to vacating.

PET POLICY:
All pets must be kenneled when left alone.
All pet droppings must be picked up immediately.
All pet hair must be removed from rental prior to vacating.
Each violation of the Pet Policy will be fined per occurrence at $200.

Inaccurate listing & over charged

The home was centrally located but was listed as a 4 bath but only had 2.5 baths. In addition to large fees, I was charged 100 more than the advertised price. When I reached out to the owner about the listing they changed the listing but told me I had to reach out to VBRO about being over charged. VBRO told me to reach out to the owner. Still not resolved. No compensation for the mistake of number of baths which was problematic for our group because we had 7 people. Very difficult to work with. Would not recommend.

Hello Larinda. We absolutely apologize for VRBO posting 4 bathrooms on your payment form. The 4 bathrooms is not in our listing that we could see. Our listing states in multiple places that it is a 2.5 bathroom with pictures. Furthermore, we also offered a refund which you refused because it wasn't the 50% refund you requested. As for VRBO charging you $100 over what you state was advertised, we reached out to VRBO and asked on your behalf to request that this be investigated, yet nothing was found to be inaccurate by their team. We do hope you enjoyed your time at our home and are very disappointed we were unable to accommodate your need for 4 bathrooms. It is unfortunate that we are receiving a 1 star review for a perfectly functioning and clean home.
