4th bedroom is garage converted to pool room, it's private, cozy with seating and eating area, kitchenette. microwave, fridge and coffee maker. 3rd bathroom is in laundry room accessible to pool and detached pool room. Home features large, private backyard with 18x36 pool. Several seating areas with shade or sun. You are two miles to beach, many restaurants and shopping. Walking distance to 3 markets including Trader Joes and In-N-Out.
Driveway accommodates 3 cars and street parking is never a problem. Quiet residential area.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
DO NOT strip beds. DO NOT do laundry! Housekeeping will check if linens and towels need special attention. They will take necessary measures to ensure linens and towels are clean and folded.
Super Important CLOSE AND LOCK ALL windows! Turn off ceiling fans & lights in house and Pool room. Ensure gate is locked when checking out. Close and tie umbrellas, remove pool toys from pool
Keep pool covered when not in use & overnight. No parking 7am-12pm, Wed across the street & Thu in front of property. Please bring in mail. If you use BBQ, shut off propane after use and cover BBQ.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No bikes, scooters, sports equipment in the home. DO NOT set suitcases on bed. Please place trash bins at curb on Mon night/bring in trash bins.
Dry off before entering house, pool room, outdoor bathroom, floors are slippery. Do not sit on furniture with wet suits. Turn of propane/cover BBQ.
No horseplay/rough housing in or around pool. No glass in, around pool or backyard. Plastic cups/plates/wine glasses provided for outdoor use.

Amazing Property

This was our first time using a rental property through any online service. This property and the owners have spoiled us that we probably won't have another amazing experience. The pictures and description doesn't do justice to this retreat. Absolutely would recommend to stay here!

I am a native Californian, living in the South Bay most of my life. The city of Torrance has been my home for the past 45 years. My wife and I are retired and have two daughters who we enjoy spending time with, one lives in Napa the other on the east coast. When not traveling, we like spending time in our home. We enjoy gardening and hosting. We are not professional property managers; we open up our home and hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is mostly residential with many services nearby. Walking distance to public transportation, 3 markets, including Trader Joes and In-N-Out. Many restaurants and Del Amo Fashion square a short ride away. Beach is two miles away, easy access to LAX, and Stadiums including SoFi, Intuit Dome and Kia Forum. The weather is pleasant year around.

What makes this property unique

One of the few properties in the neighborhood to boost a large backyard, it's surrounded by tall oleander trees that provide privacy and blooms several months out of the year. It has a relaxing vibe and peaceful feel to it. Friends and family tell us our home has a serene, tranquil feel, and we agree with that.
