High end kitchen appliance a very fully stocked kitchen.Nepreeso machine, drip coffee maker, press, juicer, panini press . Everything one would need for a beautiful table scape . Several areas for dining : Indoor dining area, pool side and a lovely covered porch . The lower level adds to fun and comfort with a tv rm w 70 in tv, billiard, a mini gym .The lower level can also be accessed off the backyard /pool .This home offers plenty of space for guests to relax and unwind. The gunite pool I, Weber BBQ, 2 sofa, fire pit, 6 chaise , seating for 12 for dining ,Sonos music . Experience what Sag Harbor has to offer with a stay at our house.

Please put used towels in laundry room or in bathroom in a pile . Not on furniture. All trash must be taken out and put in sunrise garbage container
If you turned on pool heat .You must turn it off when not in use and especially prior to leaving . thank you
Turn off all interior+exterior lights . Please double check exterior light behind front door are off + switches by dining table toward pool switches .Thank you .
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house was beautiful, well appointed and just as advertised. It served our group well for a local wedding weekend for our dtr. The host was responsive and even had the pool freshly filled and ready for us even though it was early in the season. We certainly appreciated that! We would love to rent this house again in the future. Thank you Megan!
