The house was very beautiful the view of the pond was so pretty. Plenty of room it was nice have separate sleeping areas on floor 1 and 3 it would be great for 2 families to share.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Herring Pond. This home is better than advertised! The location is tranquil and totally private, while being minutes to beaches and a stones throw to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. It is inviting and comfortable and offers all the amenities of home (the most well-stocked kitchen we have ever seen!). We slept well, enjoyed breakfast on the deck, along with beautiful views of the pond complete with swans! Excellent communication with the host and very easy check in. You can’t go wrong choosing this exceptional home for your next vacation! Look no further!

About the host
Hosted by Nicholas Budabin
This Cape house in Eastham is our favorite place in the whole world. We have been coming to the Cape from New York for over 40 years and for the first time, we're opening up our home to others. We love to relax here, enjoy watching the birds, swim, fish and boat in the pond, and bike, jog and walk on the bike trail. We love to take trips to the beach, eat at Arnolds and then come back and watch the sunset from our backyard. You'll love it too!
What makes this property unique
While there are many Cape properties near the water, we are one of the few properties you'll find that are actually directly ON the water. Fishing, swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding are all right in your backyard. You can sit outside, watching the sun set in your own private paradise, without ever leaving the house...This house is a rare gem!
