I grew up in New Orleans and have always appreciated its uniqueness and its special charm and character. I love its food, music, art, architecture and especially its people. I love how easy it is to live here. I love sharing my city and hope that you will love it as much as I do.

Why they chose this property

I love this neighborhood because it provides a taste of authentic New Orleans, a a blend of beautiful homes and unique structures that characterize the Lower Garden District's rich cultural heritage. A blend of modern shopping against a backdrop of classic architecture and history. Great restaurants, art galleries, boutique shopping, and antique stores are all within walking distance. It is casual elegance. Unpretentious. Walk around the neighborhood and take in the sites that make up one of America's greatest cities. The neighborhood, like the city, seems to say 'sit down and stay a while'. La belle vie!

What makes this property unique

The property is fully renovated but we kept as much of its original character as possible. The original moulding, transom windows, pocket doors, 13 foot ceilings and original pine flooring harken back to another time. The modern chef's kitchen, renovated bathrooms and amenities are condusive with today's elevated lifestyle. The home's grand size allows for a group of 6 people to live comfortably. Enjoy the 75 inch TV or relax in the front living room. The quartzite kitchen island seats 6, and there is a separate dining room.. The steel back doors open to a lush back porch and brick courtyard. The space is truly special.
