Wonderful place and hosts. This is our second stay but first with the new owners. Nice upgrades including air conditioning. Very responsive hosts. We will definitely be back.

This property is perfect in so many ways - location directly on the lake, amenities provided in the house (linens, paper products, fully stocked kitchen supplies, layout of the house, etc). The hosts Meg & Jeff were very easy to work with, booking & check in were seamless. The house is close to many wineries, restaurants, and cute little towns to shop & grab supplies if needed. This is our 4th stay in this house which tells you how much we love it! The weather didn’t cooperate for our bonfire but we were able to spend a good amount of time outside enjoying the view plus dining at some of the local places. We hope to be back next year to this little slice of heaven on Keuka Lake!

This was a perfect house for our group of 2 adults and a teenager. The water is so clear here and the house was very clean. The a/c was a lifesaver! Would love to stay here again.

The rooms were spotless and well stocked with comfy items such as extra pillows and a soft throw blanket.The lake view was excellent and we enjoyed using the canoe and kayaks when weather permitted.We were also treated to a lovely double rainbow while there. We intended to relax and we really did! Thanks to our hosts for such a comfortable spot to enjoy nature and the fall colors!

This lake house is beautiful and very well kept. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. Jeff and Meg were great hosts and were very responsive. We will definitely be back!

A wonderful property. It was clean and had everything needed for a very enjoyable stay. Meg and Jeff were perfect hosts, very responsive to all of my inquiries. The only issue that made our stay less than perfect (and this was just bad luck) was that there were very noisy renovations being done on either side for almost the whole week.

We loved this property! It had perfect lake access, we brought our boat so it was wonderful to have a dock slip to keep it! We enjoyed the paddle boards and just hanging out on the deck swimming and enjoying the beautiful view! We made most of our meals in and there was everything we needed to prepare them. We also enjoyed the location to all the wineries and Pen Yan to get a morning coffee and groceries! The house was clean and taken care of, we would definitely stay here again!-Christine & Jeff

House was immaculate upon arrival. Everything was just as listed and couldn’t be easier. The worst thing about our weekend is the fish weren’t biting off the dock, so if anyone figures that out, let me know :)Thanks for a great stay!!!
