Welcome to Nashville! I would be happy to host you. Whether you`re a music enthusiast exploring the renowned music scene or a sports fan catching a game, this house promises a delightful and centrally located retreat for an unforgettable stay in Nashville.

Accommodation Details:
~ The townhouse features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Both bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor. There is a half bathroom located on the 1st floor.
~ Each bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed, and there`s an additional queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

Kitchen Amenities:
~Fully outfitted kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, regular coffee pot, and toaster.
~ Some coffee ground and filters are provided.
~Please note: Pantry items are not provided

Laundry Facilities:
~Washer and dryer are available in the condo for your convenience.
~ Some laundry detergent pods are provided.

Guests will access to the entire home. I do my best to provide you with all the essentials for your stay. If there is a special request for your trip, please reach out ahead of time so that I might be of better assistance for your stay!

Guests will have full Access to the entire townhome. 2 Bedrooms, 2.5 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and living room with queen size pull out sofa. Parking is available on site. A keyless door entry code will be provided to you 2 days prior to arrival.

The property`s strategic placement ensures a seamless Nashville experience, providing the best of both worlds. Moreover, the convenience extends beyond entertainment, as the house is within walking distance to Geodis Park, Nashville`s premier soccer stadium.

~Many guests do not rent a car, this is perfectly fine at The Wells. Depending on time of day and the direction you`re headed, Lyft/Uber is affordable from this location. Typically it is $10-15 to get downtown.

This place is very clean and an easy Uber ride to downtown. The rooms are nice and spacious. But, it’s on a very busy street that’s loud throughout the night. And, it’s not really a residential area; there are very few homes and mostly businesses nearby.

House looks just the the pictures. Check in was easy. House had everything we needed. We would of liked some outdoor seating what is here needs throwed away. Enjoyed the very clean accommodations and amenities! Quick Uber ride to downtown Nashville and the Gulch area! Unfortunately, it is fairly noisy as it is near highway and fold out bed was very uncomfortable.

The place was really good. It is 5-10minutes from downtown and 12minutes from airport. Perfect place to get together and go around in Nashville. The house is very neat and it was easy access. Had great time.
