Full cable programming is provided. The home offers very HIGH speed internet of 200 mbps so you can stream or easily work from home.

The queen bedroom is equipped with a comfortable hybrid mattress and fresh linens that are professionally cleaned. White towels are provided for all guests.
Outdoors there is ample space to eat, BBQ or do a little yoga on the lawn. Additionally, there is a fenced area in front of the home.

*This home has recently had 2 new mini split air conditioning / heating units installed. They are very powerful and work extremely well to regulate the temperature in the unit. They are not pictured.

*Please note that this property is the second house on a property where there is another home that is also rented out. The owner does not live in the home. Parking is available on the driveway directly in front of the home. The home is completely separate and fenced in to separate it from the other unit.
