WOJ Ladies Conference

Our stay was great; really hated to leave. The cabin was perfect, clean, beautiful and peaceful. Enjoyed every minute there. The driveway made me a little nervous as I was driving a 15 passenger van; steep and a sharp 90 degree curve at the top. With other vehicles there made it a little challenging to turn around; but I made it and done fine. Would definitely stay there again.

Cute Cabin

The property was exactly like it was described and clean. We had issues with the main tv turning on and one tv downstairs turning on. The driveway is pretty steep going up, but that’s understandable as it’s in the woods. Super quiet and nice surroundings. Close to everything in town. A couple of the light switches were iffy, sometimes they would work and other times they wouldn’t. Overall a nice place to stay at.

Okay cabin

The fridge is not working good, very low temperature even though it’s on max already it was not enough for our frozen goods, ice creams were melted. The ice maker on the fridge is not working good as well, it was stuck so it made a mess. The hot water for shower became very cold in the evening, don’t know what is the reason but it was fixed the day after. The wifi is very slow, unable to upload pictures from our vacation right away. The cleaning materials like dishwashing soap for the dishwasher is not available, not enough paper towels and no facial tissue. The driveway and entrance was very steep, be careful in driving. We love the hot tub, it was clean and prepared already when we came in. The rooms and the entire cabin is clean as well. The cabin was big so it will be nice if the owner will add people to stay like for max of 16. I asked if we can but she said not allowed even though I offer to add payment. Overall okay, but next time will find another cabin who is flexible and more understanding.

Cabin Review

Communication with the owner was good. Easy Check-in. The hot tub, pool table, and air hockey table was nice and the cabin was roomy with plenty of outdoor deck/porches. We had a party of 12 and there was insufficient beds, even though advertised as sleeping 12, and insufficient towels/bathcloths. Sofas are not sleeper sofas. Bathroom door knobs & stairway door knob have issues.Hot water heater not sufficient for 12 people to Take 5 minute showers . Not enough towels/bathcloths for 12 people. Must have a good transmission in your vehicle to pull the driveway hill and when you see the top be ready for a 90 left turn. Limited parking for 2 vehicles and tight turnaround considering there's only one way in and out of property.Insufficient number of locking lid garbage cans for large group, even though there was a warning about bears being active near the cabin. The kitchen countertops were not clean and still had leftover shredded cheese from the previous renters. You can't control the downstairs AC independent of the upstairs, even though there are thermostats on both levels. We kept the downstairs thermostat in the off position, because the upstairs air was still blowing thru downstairs vents.
