About this property

The Red Door House in Historic Georgetown

Enjoy your mornings or evenings on the large wrap-around front porch, featuring rocking chairs and a porch swing. Out back, the yard has been newly enclosed with a wooden shadow box privacy fence, surrounding the entire backyard—from both sides to the back property line. The patio includes a table with an umbrella and seating for six, a gas grill, and hanging accent lighting, all overlooking a lush lawn with mature trees.

Parking has been significantly upgraded! A driveway to the left side of the house now extends into the backyard, allowing off-street parking for 4 or more vehicles, including ample space for a boat or trailer.

Interior Features

Inside, you’ll discover a spacious family room with plenty of comfy seating, a dedicated workspace, an oversized TV, and an electric fireplace. The fully updated and well-stocked kitchen includes a breakfast area with seating for six, barware, a blender, and charcuterie boards—everything you need for cooking and entertaining.

Primary Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bath with walk-in shower and walk-in closet, fireplace with sitting area, and a large flat-screen TV.
