Was very unimpressed as it felt like i was staying in someone’s actual home. The kitchen was GROSS. The floors were sticky, the bathroom had dirty towels and rags from someone’s shower they took. It won’t let me post videos here.
The property was really neat! Loved the building and neighborhood! The cleanliness wasnt as good as we would have hoped. The apartment was a lot bigger than the pictures gave the impression of though and the host is very quick to communicate and easy to talk to!

I liked the apt and the location, but cleanliness.....
Good things:Quiet street. Felt safe.Cute brick buildingApartment had everything I needed.Kina was an accommodating host. Linens, bed and couch were clean.Blinds and curtains covered the window.Things that should improve compared to other VRBO's:I'm not a picky person, but the kitchen needs cleaning, outiftting and organizing. Sticky with crumbs.Pots and pans need to be replaced. Throughout the apt. mirrors and surfaces need to be fully cleaned.

Rogers Park Review
I am a bit of a neat freak, so I have very high standards, but even so, the place was a bit dirty and smelled like Febreze. The best thing was the parking right out front! Bed is mushy which also doesn't work for me.
Good bed but street light shines into bedroom; safe to walk around neighborhood; kitchen not cleaned, table top mucky; floors sticky; clean bathroom with only tiny bit of TP.
The place was really clean and cute, and was only about half a mile from the public train lines. I had access to everything I needed and Kona is a lovely host!
