great stay

We had a good stay at this Marina del Rey condo. The view was definitely a highlight, exactly as pictured, overlooking the marina. The unit was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for two couples. Having two bathrooms was a definite plus.The amenities were decent. The pool was well-maintained, and we appreciated the gym, even though we only used it a couple of times. The location is convenient; you can walk to a few restaurants and stores, and it’s a short drive to the beach. Parking was easy, which is always a bonus.

DO NOT BOOK – Completely Unreliable and Unprofessional

I had a terrible experience with this property. After traveling across the country with my family, I was left without a place to stay due to a last-minute cancellation—literally 10 minutes before check-in time. The host claimed the unit was flooded due to a faulty AC pipe from the neighbors upstairs and said it had happened just 30 minutes prior. But they also said they had been trying to contact me “for quite some time.” That doesn’t add up—if the flooding just occurred, why claim you were trying to reach me long before that?To make matters worse, no one actually called me. I had no missed calls and had already reached out twice earlier that day for a check-in update—completely ignored. Only after I followed up again was I told the reservation was canceled and a refund was processed, which could take up to 15 days.This was a nightmare scenario for a traveler. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism was incredibly stressful and unacceptable. If you value reliability and peace of mind—avoid this listing at all costs.
