We absolutely LOVED this property! It was the perfect location to gather as a family for a week. The owners were responsive and helpful, the space was clean and inviting and the backyard and river access were a hit with the entire family! We hope to return!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as pictured and described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything we needed was provided, and it truly felt like a relaxing retreat. Our favorite part was the river right in the backyard—it made the stay so peaceful and memorable. We would definitely love to come back!

We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s but this one takes the cake! Exclusive neighborhood, gorgeous property, tons of amenities, great communication with the owners. Felt like we were part of the family and staying in our own house. Highly recommended!!!

We can't get enough of the sound of the river and the beauty of the trees and mountain views from this property. We were drawn to this neighborhood for it's natural beauty, proximity to the mountains, universities, shopping and kind people.

What makes this property unique

This home is unique due to it's large and cozy living spaces, location on the river and access to skiing, kayaking, fishing, mountain biking and hiking all within 15 minutes.
