The place was cozy, neat, and had sleek appliances and plenty of towels and bedding. Very clean. Great location for skiing, a quick walk to the run near the sunrise lift. While we certainly enjoyed our stay and had no significant issues, the kitchen is minimally appointed. Only one set of pans, and missing some essentials for anyone that cooks meals daily: no cutting board, hot pads, can opener, pizza cutter, mixing bowl, strainer, and only 4 coffee mugs. No broom, mop or vaccum so we had to leave our crumbs for a few days. No cleaning supplies provided (thankfully we had no large spills or messes!) The fridge has a slim clearance for opening due to the install (can't switch the direction it opens or it will hit the wall). Would stay here again and will plan to bring a few more essentials to make our stay more like home.
A condo rental chosen over a hotel stay is usually because the guest is looking for a home away from home, which would include access to a working kichen. This condo appears to be newly remodeled, but little consideration was given to functionality - especially with regards to the kitchen. The refrigerator door opens in such a way that left about 8 inches of clearance for a person to squeeze between the open door and counter to access. Not everyone in our group could even access the fridge at all. The counter stools only had minimal clearance making them uncomfortable for sitting at the counter to eat (there is no table). No pot holders to remove hot items from the oven, no tea kettle, no coffee pot (there is a nice Keurig but would have preferred to just brew a pot of coffee).
When booking, photos (no longer on the site) showed a fireplace with wood inside and also in a holder on the side. A wood fireplace at a ski resort was a feature that persuaded me to book this space. We were disappointed to find out the fireplace is not useable. I would recommend that this is notated somewhere on the listing so other renters are not mislead.
Despite the above mentioned, this condo is sleek and very clean with a nice shower and comfortable beds. Living room recliners are very comfortable too (just be sure to move the coffee table before reclining - lol!) The owner has also provided HBO and other paid subscriptions for the guests' use, which is very nice.
