Great Value - Home away from home Emerald Isle 201 is a BRONZE rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This cozy 2nd floor corner vacation rental includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Vacation rental 201 offers a full size, fully equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Color Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local calls and Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. No Smoking. One parking space. Coin-op laundry on premises.

Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 4 persons (including infants).

Perfect week on the beach.

The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The beach was excellent as was the pool. We saw a wonderful sunset almost every day. Great location for restaurants, shopping, sightseeing.

Awesome area for vacations

The North Redington Beach is a great place to spend vacation. Traffic isn't a nightmare, not the craziness as some areas, everything is close by and easy to get too. Lots of things to do for young & old. Lots of resturants, bars, shops galore, beautiful beaches! Definitely going back next year!

Great Getaway

This was the best vacation experience we’ve ever had. The rental process was easy and communication was great. The unit we stayed in was very clean and we felt right at home. It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay which made it hard to leave. We will definitely be repeat visitors!

Wonderful Pool and Beach Vacation

This was a wonderful place to stay for our vacation. The views of the beach were beautiful. We loved the condo and all the small touches around it to make it a welcoming place to stay. The kids were so excited to have a tv in their room. Great rental. Highly recommend!

Very Nice!

Very spacious condo for only 2 adults. The decor was a little out dated but very nice. Washer and dryer right out in the main hallway by elevator. Large closets and comfortable master bed! I would stay here again. Nice location and beaches aren’t as crowded as the main popular beaches.

Very nice, very close to beach. Pool area always clean. Condo was nice, bedrooms were far enough apart that you had your privacy. Wish there were cleaning products so we could dust or clean the glass tables but otherwise great.

Grea week!

We enjoyed the time at the condo and the beach is wonderful. There is not a hair dryer in the condo and called after hours to let the management Co know but no one got back to me. Still was a good rental.
