We are located in the middle of the forest in the Sierra de San Roque for 15 years, holding various types of events: fraternization party Business, Weddings, Birthdays, spiritual retreats, meetings, seminars ...
We have 12 suites plus a lodging for 30 people. Party room for 300 people, game room with ping-pong, pool table, foosball., Playground, swimming pool with 310² child and adult (together), tropical bar facing pool, ample parking.

Lindo espaço pra festas

O espaço possui fácil acesso pela rodovia Raposo Tavares e só um pequeno trecho de estrada de terra bem conservada. A piscina eh maravilhosa e encantou os convidados do meu aniversário. A sra Cleo foi super atenciosa e os quartos acomodaram super bem os convidados. A limpeza estava ok. Só faltou alguns itens de cozinhaentão, recomendo que perguntem quais itens devem levar (dei falta de liquidificador e facas maiores pra cortar as carnes de churrasco.) Minha festa recebeu cerca de 70 convidados e pernoitaram 40 com conforto. Recomendo o espaço e agradeço a recepção.

Realizei uma confraternização para 70 pessoas, e o espaço comporta muito mais.Local muito bonito. Foi tudo muito bom. Piscina muito bonita. Campinho de futebol e brinquedos idem. Ficamos só um dia, mas os quartos são bons para um fds. Recomendo

Local sujo e desorganizado

Alugamos o local para passarmos o natal, porém sem condições!! Retornamos para nossa casa no dia seguinte. Logo que chegamos no local tivemos que realizar uma FAXINA... Muito sujo sem utensílios para cozinha... Forno enferrujado sujo, panelas sem condições de uso... Tivemos que comprar uma grelha para assar o churrasco devido as péssimas condições de higiene... Televisores não funcionam.... Salão de festa medonho de sujeira.... Local bonito mas muito mal conservado... A Dona da Casa ficou na casa principal o tempo todo, enquanto ficamos em alojamento sem condições.... Enfim dinheiro perdido..

A dona Cleo ficou no sitio enquanto estava locado.

A Sr. Cleo alugou o sitio, porém durante a festa permaneceu em uma casa do meio.Além de tudo no meio da festa levou outras pessoas para visitar o sitio. Falta de respeito. No decorrer da festa chamou a policia em decorrência do som. E o registro da água estava fechado. Péssimo. Os banheiros são horríveis.
