• To ensure the comfort and quality of your stay, our property is designed to accommodate up to ten guests. For each additional guest beyond the fourth, there will be an extra guest fee of $20 per night. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with providing additional amenities and maintaining a high standard of service for all guests.
Pets are allowed. Up to 2 small dogs only (20 lbs.). A minimum pet fee of $100 applies for up to 4 nights per pet. After the 4th night, the fee is $25 per night per pet. Please note that the minimum pet fee applies regardless of whether your booking is for fewer than 4 nights. Pet fees are collected separately.

• For all non-Airbnb reservations, we require guests to provide photos of their IDs along with a selfie holding the ID for registration purposes. This process ensures the safety and security of our guests and property. Please rest assured that all submitted information will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for verification purposes.
• This is a golf cart community. For the safety of all, please be on the lookout for carts and observe the 15 MPH speed limit
• Quiet hours are between 10 PM - 8 AM. Noise violations will be charged accordingly
• NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever inside the property. This is strictly enforced. If cigarette butts are found inside, there will be a $250 charge for lingering interior smoke smell
• Guests under the age of 25 are restricted from booking an entire home if they live locally and don’t have at least 3 positive reviews
• Pool hours are from 10 AM to 10 PM. Please abide by the posted pool rules.
• Items left behind: Shipping starts at $25. For bigger items, the cost may vary accordingly
• The gate is fob only entrance, no codes for the gate.
• The key fobs are located above the fireplace
• FOB Replacement fee $50
• It is open Monday through Friday, 6 am to 6 pm only.
• Closed all hours during the weekend.
• The Margaritaville entrance is still open 24/7.
