Grace yourself in the splendor of the Blue Ridge Smoky Mountains in this elegantly modern and comfortable, new construction home. Amazing Grace nests atop a mountain ridge and truly lives up to its name, with amazing views of the surrounding mountains and graceful sunsets. As you enter the home, the majestic floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace coupled with the large glass windows and doors evidencing the natural beauty of Cowee Gap will mesmerize you. The natural Douglas Fir wood beams along the vaulted ceilings take this home to another level. This 3 bedroom home hosts two master bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and one with a queen. A third room with a king bed shares a bathroom with the loft that has a queen sized sofa bed. Read a good book in the solace of the loft with the wall fireplace warming your feet or cozy up with a glass of wine on the terrace couch as the outdoor wood-burning fireplace warms the porch. Enjoy great hikes or short walks to the area’s many waterfalls and come home to soak in the hot tub as you watch the sun set over the blue ridge mountains. Cook a great meal on a gas stove or on the barbeque and enjoy the solace and quiet of the mountains, while still being just a few minutes from Cashiers and Highlands. At the end of the day, enjoy a steam in the double-headed steam shower.
This home really has it all. Get some work done in the office, where you can log in as a guest and even print documents. For the coffee enthusiasts, Amazing Grace offers a Nespresso expresso and cappuccino machine, a Keurig Coffee maker as well as a traditional coffee carafe. Enjoy the lawn on sunny days or take a stroll around the property. Most importantly, disconnect and unwind. Amazing Grace will be here for your next trip back to the Highlands/Cashiers area.
