This early-1900s carriage house has been completely remodeled to provide a lovely long-term living area. It was designed with You in mind! A covered parking space right at your front door. Bicycles to enjoy the surrounding parks and forest. Natural & non-toxic products everywhere possible. Remote controlled heater so you don't even have to get up to change the heater setting, but it is always on a timer to make sure you are cozy the moment you awake and when you come back at the end of the day. Your comfort is important here!
For medical professionals: You would be less than a 1/2 mile from St. Joseph Hospital; an easy 6-block walk (<8 minute) - with no hills!
Transportation via public Humboldt Transit buses is easily accessible. Most busses have wi-fi onboard. There are a few local taxis and Uber/Lyft. Walking in Eureka is easy, and there are bicycles for you to use.

Amazing all around!

The owner was more than accommodating and extremely sweet and caring. We stayed in the guest house for 10 days and it was fully equipped with everything and more (basic condiments and seasonings were extremely helpful!) The big house was immaculate as well and the backyard/deck is big, beautiful, and sunny with a few redwoods as well. I highly recommend both houses and will definitely be staying here again in the future if we are ever looking for a vacation rental.

No surprises!

This lovely space is just as pretty as it's pictures! Holly met me at the door with offers of baby toys and a high chair, as my little grandson would be spending every afternoon with me during my stay. The items proved invaluable! The kitchen is a wonderful workspace. The only downside is the lack of a dishwasher....something I failed to notice in the description when I signed on. I did a lot of cooking for my son and daughter in law while I was there....everything I could have asked for was already on hand! A great space in a great part of Eureka! I've already recommended it twice!

Excellent Studio completely remodeled comma with every amenity you would want.

We had a wonderful 6 night stay in Eureka with this studio being close to everything in town and all of the Interior appointments were excellent. The homeowner was very attentive to any of our needs yet stay out of our way completely. We enjoyed the Redwoods and the ocean hiking on beautiful trails and all the scenery of downtown Eureka!! We would stay there again in a heartbeat given the opportunity to visit again!!!

my stay at the studio was fantastic.

The owner Holly went out of her way in every regard to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The studio apartment was new, clean, furnished lovely, and had all the amenities of home. I had a place outside the door to park my car. The area the studio apartment is in is very safe and in a lovely area of homes that are well looked after and beautiful redwoods, lovely flowers and shrubs both on the property and in the area. I often would look out the window and see deer in the empty lot next to this property. The property is close to the zoo, parks with trails, grocery shopping. The studio apartment was clean and bug-free- not one bug primarily ants that are so common in the city - nothing in this place. Holly is a wealth of information about the city of Eureka as well as surrounding area, events in town and such. I would and will stay here again and would recommend this be the first place someone try to book whilst in Eureka.
