Our home is fully stocked with all the basics you will need in your stay.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, great location just 25 min from downtown, 15 min from the Domain, and 4 min from the Pitch.

Property backs to Meadow Point Park, a beautiful green belt with miles of hiking and biking trails. The back fence opens directly to the park, making it fully accesible from the property. You will see a small pond and a sand pit for children as you open the gate to the park. In addition to miles of hiking and biking trails, there is a full size soccer court and other exercise equipment.

The house has garage parking where you can comfortably fit 1 large car. In addition the driveway can fit comfortably at least 2 more cars.
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
