We stayed here with another couple after a concert at the Bay Center. It's close to great restaurants. Great price over hotel rooms which would have been over 160 per couple. Everything was clean and neat - exactly what I'm looking for when I stay out of town.

The house was very clean. The location was in a good location. The address was exact. We enjoyed our stay. It was close to the interstate and close to family. If we come back we will stay here again.

Flooring under the rugs was broken and cracked. Bathroom slanted significantly towards the toilet. Remodeled but done poorly. No dining room. Minimal kitchenware. Not the best neighborhood. Central air didn’t work. There were 2 window A/C units in the living room so we needed to leave bedroom doors open to get them cooled down. Fans were provided in bedrooms so that was a plus. Parking was very small and I was unable to turn my car around when the person in the other unit had their car parked, Barely able to turn it around without another car in the way. Entry to driveway was very narrow.

My husband found a flea on him. You might want to get it sprayed. We also had to buy fresh coffee and some toilet paper which I always stock in mine. No extras at all. It wouldve been nice to have a nightlight in the bathroom, especially with unlevel floors. Not real impressed.

Our stay at the wildflower allowed us to be close to main attractions in the Pensacola area. However, the house contained some unpleasant amenities. When we arrived, we found the front door to be unlocked, which made us unnerved. Also, when we tried to cook, we found the main frying pan to be rusted. The shower was not set up correctly causing confusion, but we’re thankful that the host was quick to respond about the issue. Finally, we had noticed some bites after the first night, but it wasn’t until the second that we found bed bugs in the bed.

I was unaware about the pots and and pans !! But will have them replaced asap!! I spoke to the cleaning crew about the door and they told me they may have forgotten mistakenly they they also assured me it won't happen again!! And as fas as any bugs I haven't saw any evidence of any bugs but i have replaced all the mattresses and have hire a professional company to come and make sure to resolve any issues!! Just to be on the safe side!! The wild flower is a safe ,clean, comfortable environment and we have full confidence that it will remain that way

We did not stay here. After check in we discovered this was an unsafe neighborhood. The house had a musty/moldy smell. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty. We spent our 15 minutes here looking for other accommodations. When I messaged the owner with our concerns, I was told there is a strict no refund policy. Please do not book this VRBO!!! I have photos to show the unacceptable conditions but nothing can convey the horrible smell and filth that we walked into!!! I would have given zero stars if that was an option!!! Still have not received a refund for the stay we had booked. This listing does not live up to the VRBO standards we are used to!!!

You will be surprised at the condition of this property. The floors are rotted and extremely unlevel throughout the house especially notable in the front and bathroom area. In the bathroom you will find dirty brown calking around a lopsided toilet, a water spout that isn't attached fully to the wall, duct tape covering an opening in the wall, a shower caddy full of scum, and tepid water at best. By all means, bring your own charging ports that connect to a wall plug, because that is the only way to charge. Floor trim is laid on the floor, loose and due to uneven-ness of the floor, easily stumbled upon. Washer has mold. Parking is ok, but snug. "Fred" responds to messages, but doesn't make much effort to resolve problems other than a "sorry". Renter, beware.

This property was the definition on a landlord special. There was a lot I could talk about but one thing I want to point out is, trash that was left from the previous visitors. I would definitely stay somewhere else.
