Stayed here for a week for a cousins wedding. Everyone else stayed on the resort and ended up paying significantly more for essentially the same thing we got. Great location, great view on the balcony. Elevators were experiencing issues while we were there, but wasn't too much of a hassle. Do expect to walk or Uber a good distance to most things, but it's plenty manageable if you prepare a bit.
Although the physical unit was nice, our experience was marred by substantial deficiencies in cleanliness and management communication. The property required extensive cleaning; the carpet was visibly soiled with dirt and stains, indicating long-term neglect, and the bathroom was also dirty. Communication regarding amenities was problematic: we received late notice (three days pre-arrival) that toiletries were not included, and upon seeking clarification, were explicitly informed that this extended to toilet paper, necessitating we provide our own. Furthermore, an attempt to coordinate a slightly earlier check-in proved futile, as the staff member contacted lacked the authority or ability to consult with management. The overall impression was that the property management was significantly less experienced or organized than what we've encountered in other rental situations
